Terms of Service

By accessing or using the EazWorld website (eazworldgh.com) or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code.
• Use our services to collect or harvest personal data from other users.

To access certain features of our services, you may need to register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password secure and confidential.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

EazWorld provides web design, web hosting, domain registration, branding, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, social media management, and phone repair services, and operates an online shop selling phone accessories, parts, and other products (see section 7).

Payment Terms:

• All prices are shown in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) on the relevant service page at the time of purchase, and may change — the price you are charged is the price shown when you complete payment.
• Payments are processed securely via Paystack (card and Mobile Money).
• One-time project packages — web design (Starter Website, Business Website, E-commerce Store, Web Application) and branding (Logo Only, Brand Starter, Brand Premium) — require a deposit of 50% of the package price shown at checkout (after any active discount). The remaining balance is due on delivery, before the completed work is handed over or the site goes live.
• Monthly packages — SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media management — are charged in full for the first month at checkout. Charges for later months are arranged directly with our team and are not automatically billed through this website.
• Domain registrations are non-refundable once processed with the registrar.
• What is and is not refundable for each service is set out in full in our Refund Policy.

This section applies if you buy web hosting from us. It works alongside our Acceptable Use Policy and our Service Level Agreement, both of which form part of these Terms.

• Renewal: hosting is provided on a renewing billing cycle (monthly or annually, as selected at purchase). We will attempt to notify you before renewal; keeping your payment and contact details current is your responsibility.
• Suspension: if a renewal payment fails or your account breaches our Acceptable Use Policy, we may suspend your hosting account. A suspended website and its email stop working, but your data is not deleted immediately.
• Deletion: an account left unpaid for 14 days after suspension may be permanently deleted, including all files, databases, and email. We recommend keeping your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
• Backups: we do not currently provide automated backups as a standard part of hosting. You are responsible for keeping your own copy of your website, database, and email. If backups become available as part of a plan in future, this section will be updated to say so.
• Uptime: our uptime commitment, what's excluded from it, and what happens if we miss it, are set out in our Service Level Agreement — not in these Terms.

If you use our web hosting service, your hosted website, application, database, or mailboxes may contain personal data about your own customers or visitors. In that relationship, you are the data controller for that data and EazWorld is the data processor, acting only on your instructions and under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

• What we process: whatever personal data is contained in the website, application, database or mailboxes you host with us. We do not access or use it except to provide the hosting service, respond to a support request you raise, or comply with the law.
• Security: we apply the security measures described in our Privacy Policy to the infrastructure we control. Securing your own application, plugins, and account credentials is your responsibility.
• Sub-processors: we may rely on our own infrastructure providers to deliver hosting (see the Third-Party Services section of our Privacy Policy). We remain responsible for how they handle this role.
• Breach notification: if we become aware of a security incident affecting data you host with us, we will notify you without undue delay so you can meet your own obligations as controller — including, where required, notifying the Data Protection Commission or your own affected customers.
• On termination: when your hosting account ends, we retain your data for 30 days so you can request an export, after which it is permanently deleted, except where we must keep records by law.

This clause does not change who owns your data. You do, at all times.

EazWorld also operates an online shop at eazworldgh.com/shop, selling phone accessories, parts, and other products.

• Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm and process it — not simply when your payment completes.
• Prices and product availability are as shown at checkout and may change without notice.
• Payment is via Paystack (card or Mobile Money) or, where offered at checkout, pay on delivery.
• Some products may be marked for pre-order. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer a refund or a substitute.
• Delivery fees are calculated by delivery zone at checkout. Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees. Deliveries are made by our own riders, not a third-party courier.
• Changing your delivery address after placing an order may change the delivery fee, and may not be possible once the order has progressed too far to redirect.
• You may cancel an order for a full refund at any point before it ships. Once an order has shipped, our Refund Policy's shop section applies.

EazWorld Content: All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of EazWorld or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

Client Work: For custom projects, upon full payment of fees, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables. EazWorld retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Content: Some content may be licensed from third parties. Use of such content outside of our services may require separate licensing.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Our services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Warranties that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content.

We do not guarantee specific results from SEO, paid advertising, or other marketing services. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EazWorld shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our services.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through our services.
• Any errors or omissions in our content.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EazWorld, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services.
• Your violation of these terms.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. EazWorld has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally before pursuing legal action.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that:

• Violates these terms.
• Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
• Violates any applicable laws.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
